The founders of GDG are the brother and sister team of Kip and Kelly Givens. Kip is a Licensed General Contractor and built his first house at the age of 14 with the help of their father, Charles Givens, a respected builder in Cobb County. Kelly is a registered Landscape Architect and a licensed Real Estate Sales Person. With their combined talents and skills, they created GDG in 2003 and developed several communities in Cobb County. Now, going back to their roots of residential construction and design, they pride themselves in creating homes that meet the desires and lifestyles of today’s new construction customer. Their focus is to bring value to the market with homes that have architectural character, functional floor plans and exceptional construction.
